Hola.. back to the blog =) Being studied in UK for about two months dy.. Suddenly felt that I should update my blog often to... spend my free time here maybe? Anyway I'm just trying to find some time in doing any thing else except my project right now.. trying to escape from the stressful environment =)

Just a short brief about how's my life here. I know that my family sacrificed a lot for allowing me to come UK study.. and therefore I was trying very hard in my studies in order for not letting them down. Things come well at the early stage but after two months, I think that I had been left out from the syllabus. It sounds like the students here are more competitive and they seems like know everything in class and keep asking questions that I don't even understand what the question actually mean! The lecturers here are completely different with what I had encountered before and they are just reading the slides and I was just like 'ahh, why I never heard of this before?' or 'ahh, is it my own problem for not understanding the slides'. I asked the coursemates around me about how far they could understand and they agreed that they had learnt nothing. They learnt the subject before in their home country but when they come to this lecture, they felt confusing. And I was just sigh and start planning that I should do my own self study at home.

Regarding the food here, most of the food here are either burger, chips, or pizza and etc etc. If you want to eat until really full, one set of burger, fries and coke could cost you about three to four pounds. However, there are also have cheaper options like 1.20pounds can get two big pieces of chicken and fries. Some people asked me if I miss the malaysian food or not. And the answer is definitely YES! I miss food like laksa, roti, nasi lemak and so on that we could not cook ourselves here. However, chinese dishes like curry chicken, black pepper pork, long beans + egg and so on, I am still able to eat them here because of those ingredients are available here! White rice is sold here and it is not as costly as we think. RM2 per kg.. is that costly? Hmm...

About the weather, during the first week I came to UK, 15++ degree celcius is considered as very cold for me. However, temperature is decreasing and now, I feel hot in 15 degree celcius! Wondering that one day if I come back to malaysia, I will still able to get used of the malaysia's weather or not. I start to understand that why my friends who came back from overseas were drinking those ice water all the time.

I felt like posing more on how am I recently do in this two months but not now I think. Gotta prepare my logbook to submit to my supervisor tomorrow as he had put a high requirement for me. Wish me luck guys! For those who can notice that I blogged a new post here =P
